An ever growing collection of 100+ billion albums, movies, and books stored on vinyl, plastic, and paper sit on bookshelves. Yet consumption preferences inexorably will shift toward networked digital devices. The dusty physical stuff represents tangible ownership of personal property we can modify, trade, and sell while the convenience and features of media in the cloud often come at the expense of some or all of these well understood ownership rights. Murfie gets our customers the best of both worlds. Starting with music, we're creating a networked digital experience of the physical media from the bookshelf, without sacrificing any rights. We've grand plans for 2012 and seek super smart folks who are passionate about the evolution of music, books, video and other media to join our team.
