Are you an accomplished sales professional? We need an expert sales professional to help capitalize on the quickly growing Madrid market. Our business has grown 50% year-on-year over the past 4 years. We’re looking for the right person to take our sales performance to the next level. Do you want to grow into a business leader? You will directly lead a team of 2 real estate professionals, coordinate 4 marketing freelancers on retainer and 5 partners who are involved in the process. This includes architects, lawyers, accountants, and designers. You will be mentored step by step by M2M owner Pierre Waters, a top 10 global business school graduate, startup weekend winner, business coach, and ex-Accenture strategy consultant. If you independently create new growth, 3-5 years down the road you will have the option to become an equity partner and potentially take over all business decisions. What will your work be like – The M2M lifestyle and package The M2M lifestyle starts with making our team happy. We offer the following perks and benefits: -Fixed salary in line with small business standards, plus a 10-30% performance based bonus. Following this, you will be eligible to earn equity in the business after 12 months of confirming growth and profit goals. This will amount to a 20-50% bonus, and an asset you will always own. -12 remote days a year during which you can work from wherever you want. -Open hours policy- you work when you want (max 40 hours per week).
