Growth Year careers

It can be difficult for students to connect with mentors, speakers, and business leaders. When you lack the resources needed to succeed, being able to develop yourself is very difficult. The conventional education system teaches us job specific information and fails to connect us with industry leaders to learn from. Growth Year will connect students to a career that is matched to their skillset.

Growth Year is a fifty-two-week program that starts on September 1st 2017. Our Growth year leader will engage with students for 45 minutes per year during one of our live online sessions. The program develops students conative skills by placing students in a workplace that will garner the most personal growth.
Growth Leaders can instigate personal development by setting an example that leads students to achieve their inner desires.
