• Collaborate with developers, product managers, project managers, quality assurance, business teams and technical support to provide a mix of business and technical direction on systems, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Learn stakeholder strategy, tactical approaches, priorities, requirements, and business process.

• Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into actionable, measurable initiatives that drive enterprise value.
• Develop and communicate a product strategy that balances enterprise needs, accelerates delivery, ensures scalability and architectural health.

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise IAM architecture and strategy
• Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards aligned with security and compliance requirements

• Develop and maintain software using programming concepts and software development processes.
• Work conforming to agreed procedures and standards.

• Performs technical data research, assessment and acquisition using the Internet, Supplier websites, search engines, spreadsheets, and internal databases
• Normalizes all collected data into a consistent format that is governed by Tech Data established procedures
