• Lead Tanssi’s social media presence: Manage and drive activity across key platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit) and community chatrooms (Telegram, Discord), ensuring messaging, tone, and visual branding remain consistent with Tanssi’s identity and goals. Support product and initiative launches: Work closely with the team to develop social media strategies for new product launches, community initiatives, and key events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

Moondance Labs is searching for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead our community and marketing communications efforts. Reporting directly to the CMO, the perfect candidate will have at least five years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on community engagement.

• Define and drive product strategy, work closely with other founders and stakeholders to implement and execute strategies.
• Be the outward face of the project from a product perspective. This includes presenting at conferences, interviews, and engaging in PR activities.
