• Recruitment: Supporting hiring across Risk Analytics, Data Science, Software Development and other business roles. This will include posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, speaking with and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and interviewers, handling recruitment paperwork, conducting reference/background checks and coordinating joining.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and drive some of our engagements for some of the largest financial institutions in the region. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the entire modelling lifecycle.

Monsoon CreditTech is hiring Analysts across multiple experience levels (1–7 years) to work on analytics problems in banking, lending and credit risk. Depending on experience and seniority, candidates will be aligned to the appropriate role.

• Python- including skill with pandas, scikit-learn and to a lesser extent Django or Flask
• A Good understanding of the machine learning algorithms
