Modlix is the AI platform behind real ad campaigns. We build agents that turn a 3-line chat prompt into a live Meta + Google campaign — creatives, targeting, budget, end to end.

Our flagship product, Adzump, ships to real advertisers weekly. Behind it sits a generic agent runtime (nocode-ai) and a function execution engine (kirun) — the building blocks of how we let LLMs touch the world.

Small team, 51-200 across the company, ~5 engineers on the agent core. We default to "agentic LLM decisions over hardcoded heuristics" and care about evals more than demos. If you've ever shipped an agent and felt the gap between "it works in dev" and "it works at 10K runs/day" — that's the problem we're solving.

We hire engineers who own behaviors end-to-end: from tool API design to prompt to eval. You debug your own hallucinations and ship the fix. We plan before non-trivial changes, walk a 3-4 person panel through reasoning, and update plans when someone makes a better point.

Based in Bangalore (Indiranagar / Koramangala), 5 days in-office. Real product, weekly cadence, no demo-ware.
