At Miuros (Techstars 2017), we believe that Customer Service is more than a cost center, and we want to help our customers create value out of it. We develop smart solutions that unlock and take advantage of the most underused corporate asset: the Customer Support data. With a better use of this goldmine, we aim to enhance the overall customer experience, the efficiency of Customer Service teams and to deliver actionable insights to Product Development, Marketing and Sales teams. We joined the Techstars Paris acceleration program in Sept ’17 and on-boarded the Zendesk incubation one in early 2018. We are backed by VCs and already serve customers across US and Europe. We’re a French company but English is the language we speak every day. By joining us you would need to feel comfortable with working with remote peers and teams while working from our office in Lyon, Paris or from home.
