• Take the lead in initiatives like launching new products and improving our underwriting & pricing strategies
• Optimize current acquisition and account management strategies in response to customer behavior and changing marketplace conditions

• Understand and measure the intended experience:

Become well-versed in intent and customer experience to effectively advise stakeholders
Coordinate and execute risk assessments, collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders on scoring and corrective action plans
Document and monitor suite of controls to influence new controls and corrective actions
Implement and enhance suite of risk and process artifacts

• Partner with business teams in defining, designing, analyzing, and reporting on key drivers that impact Acquisitions campaign performance.
• Run the recurring process to generate campaigns by processing data from our credit bureaus, applying business rules and scoring processes while ensuring high quality for the process.

• Manage P&L for the credit limit increase program dedicated to customers who have been with Mission Lane for more than a year
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to their full potential

• Bring an engineering mindset to problem-solving. You like to think about business problems in terms of scalability, tolerances, constraints, and efficiency. You enjoy iteratively refining business processes until they’re well-engineered.

• Own the marketing activities and performance metrics in one or more marketing channels used for customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform marketing strategy, optimize targeting, and improve product offerings to prospective customers.
