We’re a venture backed startup with decades of experience in cell biology, tissue engineering, media development, food science, bioreactor design and more. We are united by our collective drive to solve difficult problems, ask tough questions, and apply cutting edge science and engineering.

Our process begins by isolating cells from farm animals. We allow the cells to grow as they would in a cow, chicken, or pig by feeding them specially formulated media in large bioreactors. After the cells multiply and mature into tissue, our cultivation process is complete. We then harvest our meat, throw it on the pan, and enjoy.
