Mindstone is a young company, with a mature leadership team. The CEO has a (great) exit under his belt and has developed a fantastic culture of urgency, without the manic tension that often exists in startups. There is a clear strategy, vision, and values that shape everything in the company. People are clear about what's expected, and enjoy working together. Mindstone is fully remote, but we get together every 6-7 weeks to build the in-person connections, so best of both worlds. Trust is central to how the company operates and it's a culture that constantly evolves, as new people join and bring their own personality in.
