Culture and benefits at Mindstone

We do updates via Geekbot (pings us every day on Slack) and them jump on a quick standup at 9am. Kick off meetings happen in VR at 8:30am on Mondays and retros also happen fortnightly on Fridays at 4pm (in VR). Apart from this, everyone can run their own schedule and deliver how they want to. We get together in person every 6-7 weeks, often in London, but sometimes in different and warmer locations. It's a diverse group of people (7 different nationalities out of 10!) with 60% of the leadership team being female.
