Here at Mindfulness.com we are building a world class online learning and community platform (web & mobile app) to help people find more meaning, purpose, joy and daily calm in their modern hectic lives. We are working to solve the world’s mental health crisis through meditation and mindfulness tools and teachings available via our platforms. We believe mindfulness can contribute to better sleep, reduced anxiety and stress, calm and joy. We want to see people heal past traumas and learn to thrive despite the circumstances in their lives and the difficult times we are all facing.

Mindfulness Team and Founders, Matt Dickinson and Melli O’Brien produced the world’s largest mindfulness event to date - The Mindfulness Summit, which over 300,000 people attended. They subsequently donated over $750,000 to mental health and mindfulness charities.
