Our mission: Mind Share Partners is a national nonprofit that is changing the culture of workplace mental health so that both employees and organizations can thrive. Up to 80% of people will have a diagnosable mental health condition at some point during their lifetime—that means mental health affects every meeting, every phone call, and every workplace. We believe that if workplaces commit to reducing stigma, supporting their employees with mental health challenges, and addressing related workplace factors, we can drastically improve individual lives, company cultures, and workplace productivity. Our culture: We seek to live our vision of a mentally healthy and inclusive workplace. We give four weeks of PTO and close the office for the week prior to New Year’s and 11 holidays--importantly, we encourage people to completely sign-off from work when they are on vacation and at the end of their workday. We have always been a nationally distributed team (we were remote before it was cool!) that puts our employees first with flexible work practices.
