A new drug takes 10-15 years to develop yet fails almost 90% of the time, mostly because animal studies used to assess the safety of new drugs are largely untranslatable to the clinic. Mimicry is upending this traditional yet archaic practice of animal testing through AI-driven solutions that optimally mimic the readouts of nonclinical toxicology studies. Our solutions will provide more clinically translatable safety assessments and accelerate life saving medicines to the patients who need them. Our current all female founding team is industry heavy, and we are looking for an AI engineer to round us out on the technical front.
