We are interested in growing our employees as we grow the company. We are a social bunch and we hang out a lot outside of work, whether it is concerts, surfing lessons or the good ole happy hour.  We also work hard and pride ourselves on doing a good job for our customers. MightyHive has a fairly agile development process -- while we don't follow scrum by the books, we try to take what is good about iteration and not burden developers with process.
