Midasify is in a high-growth, execution-focused phase. We are looking to fill a few foundational roles with elite talent who want to build a category-defining FinTech company from the ground up. Our compensation philosophy is simple: low salary + high equity. We believe the early team should be co-owners who share in the company's long-term success. A significant portion of our 24% ESOP is reserved for these initial key hires. We are currently looking for: 1. Founding Engineer (Full-Stack): You will be among the first engineers, responsible for building the core, user-facing platform, including the dashboard, payment integrations, and backend infrastructure. You are a product-minded engineer obsessed with performance, security, and delivering a seamless user experience. Tech Stack: Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/Vue), Node.js, databases, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) is crucial. Bonus points if you have experience with Webflow or low-code tools. 2. Product Designer (UI/UX & Webflow): You will own the end-to-end design of the Midasify platform. This includes translating our brand—calm, intelligent, and slightly futuristic—into a beautiful and intuitive user dashboard. You will work directly with the CEO to craft an experience that builds trust and delight. Skills: Deep expertise in Figma, UI/UX principles, and—most importantly—Webflow.
