Merlin is an onboarding & training solution, which allows experts at a company to create guided step by step workflows (similar to app onboarding) for teams about how to perform tasks (like creating a sales lead), just by performing them once themselves. This allows new hires and current staff to learn how to use the companies software as the company wants. It also produces help center content & process documents automatically with screenshots.

It uses a browser addon to do this and an algorithm which detects site changes, correcting workflows automatically.

We have some more advanced features like 'Smart Guides' which appear automatically to staff on sites (for outsourcing), 'To Do Lists' which are useful for new hires, 'Download Guide' which creates help center content automatically as well as analytics on each time a guide is completed.
