Mentorsphere careers

We connect students and early-stage professionals to industry mentors that help them gain career clarity. Our mentees connect with mentors who have "been there, done that", learn from their first-hand experience, and gain unbiased, real career insights in their sector/profession of interest. They gain an understanding about what they might enjoy, an insight into what they might be good at, and gain knowledge about their career options in a sector. We believe when these 3 factors come together is when one has perspective enough to find a career that's right for you!

We enable these interactions through 1:1 chats, group mentoring sessions, and a host of career preparedness and mentoring content. We are also in the process of introducing profession and sector-specific career bootcamps and workshops to give our mentees a greater insight into what their careers could potentially look like
