Money is the Motive! • Base Salary: $35,360 • Monthly Bonus: $100/sale • Quarterly Bonus: o $10/sale bonus @ 60-89 apps o $20/sale bonus @ 90-119 apps o $30/sale bonus @ 120+ apps • Residual Bonus = GAME CHANGER! o $10/policy @ 360-479 apps/yr o $20/policy @ 480+ apps/yr o Grow your income year after year!
