Trybal, free on iPhone and Android, rewards users directly through prizes for their anonymous feedback about local businesses. Trybal is built on our data platform InsightX (insightx.co), which has B2C anonymous direct messaging functionality.

Through InsightX, small and medium-sized businesses gain access to detailed live consumer opinions about their business, and can reply directly to Trybal app-users while the app users remain anonymous.

The monetisation model is a simple Data-as-a-Service / Software-as-a-Service model, where businesses pay a small monthly fee per shop/location to access InsightX.

Trybal has a live user feed, and has additional gamification features built-in to encourage users to continue using the app to provide feedback. Now with a newly-built browse page, the app interface allows users to search for highly specific business types with two simple clicks.
