We think of our bots in three major categories:

1. Scripted bots – chatbots that guide a user through a simple series of questions or content to inform and entertain

2. Dynamic bots – chatbots that can retain simple information shared by users, access external databases for more information, and progress on a number of different paths based on the user’s preference or need

3. Learning bots – chatbots that can remember and process information provided by the user and use it to take the right path, curate or serve the user better, using external information sources
