A hand-tossed southern italian pizza brick oven baked with tomato sauce, basil, rosemary, italian seasoning, and circular sliced mozzarella. A deep dish italian pizza can consist of anything the customer would like to add; the menu would have a variety of choices down to the sauce, meat, and cheese the customer would like to add into their deep dish pizza.
Each dish would hypoallergenic. Anything regarding allergy can be and will be cooked on an isolated grill/stove away from all other foods that would cause an allergic reaction.
In the near future orders can be made online, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Phone and more.
For orders that are delivery or pick up, the customer will be prompted to type all food allergies they may have in the note section for the kitchen so that we may prepare the food properly.
