• reporting directly to the Vice President, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operational support of our institutional clients;
• the Data and Reporting Analyst will liaise with the Fund Admin team for process analysis and re-engineering of Data Management and Funds Accounting processes to provide better support in all aspects of portfolio accounting;

• will be responsible for processing transactions and accounting entries for a portfolio of investment funds and the preparation of portfolios and cash reconciliations daily;
• the preparation of Net Asset Value (“NAV”) files for a portfolio of medium to high complexity investment funds;

• Preparation of variance analysis, balance sheet analysis and supporting schedules, and any relevant analytical review
• Collaboration with the finance team in delivering monthly management accounts, year-end audits and annual audited financial statement for multiple legal entities, including stand alone and consolidated structures

• will be responsible for performance reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as other ad hoc requests as and when required;
• will be responsible for expense analysis and reporting, contribute to the monthly financial close by collaborating effectively with finance teams globally, calculating and posting cost reallocations, budget and forecasting review and analysis and subsequent evaluation thereof;
