Manufacturing Intelligence was founded in Perth in 2016 by John Kirkman and Bill Poole with a grand vision to vastly improve effectiveness of mining, oil and gas and manufacturing through deep science engineered, high performance, high scale software. The team has been able to secure strategic projects and grants that have enabled the company to develop the software without external investment, but also providing a pathway to immediate sales when products are production ready. We currently have a number of global mining companies who have invested in supporting accelerated development projects to enable our technology getting to market sooner, in preference to investing in existing technology that claims to achieve what ours will. As of June 2018, MI has a great team of 8 software engineers. Due to the nature of our work, we can only accommodate high end engineers that have expertise in high scale distributed systems engineering that want to design and build robust, high performance software products. It's important that your self motivated and need to understand WHY. It’s important to us that our entire team has access to end clients and understand the business domains our products support. This includes access to mines, LNG facilities and manufacturing plants and education on process automation and interoperability standards that support the architectural paradigm we are building against.
