MAKS Plastics manufactures molded plastic components and assemblies using rotational molding and thermoforming processes. Capabilities span upfront engineering and design collaboration, prototyping, and design-for-manufacturability support. Production covers rotationally molded parts and vacuum-formed parts, along with trimming and surface finishing. An in-house toolroom builds, maintains, and repairs molds to support ongoing programs. Inspection, testing, hardware insertion, and final assembly integrate into the workflow to deliver ready-to-use assemblies. Packaging and outbound logistics prepare products for shipment to OEM and aftermarket channels. Program support covers both new launches and replacement part needs, with quoting and timeline coordination from intake through delivery.
