At Lyfeforms.ai, or short just Lyfeforms, we are a small team in a startup, working in an industry that changes every day! That requires a certain type of personality to be able to stay on top of things. The most obvious requirement is that everyone is able to work, alone and sometimes in teams, goal-oriented and mostly self-managed. We need people that want to build something amazing up from the start, knowing it comes with different challenges than your 9-5 job where you are one of many people. Working at Lyfeforms might make you lightheaded at times, because of the rush to be the only person to be able to do certain things. It also sometimes might make you stressed out, because.. well, you are the only person to do certain things.. Our CEO Marc likes to compare us to spaceships sometimes. Everyone on the ship is part of the team for a certain reason, a specific skillset that is required to be able to reach our destination. So it's really important that, while we all have to work hard to keep our trajectory, we also have to take care of ourselves and each other to maintain our wellbeing, so that we can perform best. It's stressful at times, it is sooooo rewarding at other times. The only way we can make this work is by being our best selves, by loving our jobs, by communicating openly and by believing in our common vision. Our vision being to become the standard solution for the next generation of Digital Assistants. By believing that what we are offering to the world is amazing and something that nobody else can offer. And I very much believe in this vision. I just know that nobody can do what we do. And nobody will be able to shape communication the way we will do it.
