Remote since 2019

Since our Inception we have been Remotely operating for all our Team members and except for In-Office profiles, we believe our Team members can show high productivity without moving Cities or relocating.

Summer and winter holidays

We offer Summer and Winter Holidays during the period of June to July and During December to New Year to all our Collaborators, where the complete organisation is Closed for at least THREE weeks a Year.

Funding for specialised education

We support to best of our Team members if they secure Govt. Funded Institutions or Specialised Training and Certifications for all eligible collaborators.

36 hour work week

We have a Four Day work week (In-Office) and 36-hour weeks, and encourage people to be judicious with their time and overtime/extra days are highly regulated. Work-Life Balance is a priority for our Core Team.
