We are currently looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to join Lumetra Technologies at the founding stage and take ownership of the company’s technical direction. The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on technology leader with strong experience in enterprise AI, agentic systems, LLM-based architectures, data integration, security and scalable SaaS platforms. Experience designing systems that work across ERP, CRM, HRMS, finance, procurement or other enterprise environments would be highly valuable. This is not a conventional employee role. The CTO will work directly with the Founder & CEO to shape Lumetra’s architecture, product roadmap, technical strategy, MVP development, engineering team and long-term technology vision. We are particularly interested in candidates who can balance deep technical capability with commercial awareness and who are comfortable building in an early-stage environment where major product and architecture decisions are still being shaped. Location: Doha, Qatar. International candidates who are willing to relocate may be considered. Compensation: Founder-level equity participation, with up to 10% equity, subject to vesting and final agreement. Salary is expected to commence following funding. Lumetra is currently pre-revenue, has developed a functional prototype covering 53 cross-functional enterprise decision scenarios, and is preparing for its first US$1M pre-seed round.
