Cofounder/COO Responsible for business development and operations. You're somone who is driven and is able to set goals, prioritize and execute. Understands or is conversant with the nuances of a startup. Preferably someone who is passionate about the retail industry and a visionary as to trends and developments in the industry. You don't need experience as a COO, you just have to to be willing to be or become a really good one. Also if you're technical that is a big plus but you don't have to be. Initially this position will not be salaried, it will be equity-based until we're able to raise. So you don't have to be perfect but your experience, knowledge and education will go a long way to minimize your imperfections. Lumacart is a retail aggregator centralizing shopping online by locality and delivering merchandise through a vast network delivery pros. As a startup our main goal is to facilitate shopping in every respect . For the store operator/retailer we want to make it easy to reach a wider audience and deliver unmatched technology driven customer service while maintaining safety as a top priority. For the shopper/buyer we want to make it easy for you to purchase at your convenience be it in-person or delivery.
