Loris now works with fast-growing D2C and B2C brands across multiple industries including marketplace, fintech and delivery, and our novel dataset consists of millions of anonymized textual interactions between businesses and their customers.

The idea of Loris was born from Crisis Text Line, a nonprofit organization that provides free, text-based counseling. Everyone on our team believes language matters, and we are an empathy-first organization. We look forward to growing our team with like-minded, multidisciplinary individuals from diverse backgrounds. We're based in NYC and Tel Aviv and backed by top investors, including Vertex, Floodgate, and Jeff Weiner.
