• Identify new prospects and build publisher relationships across gaming and non-gaming mobile apps in theAmericas.
• Initiate conversations with publishers seeking monetisation solutions, leading negotiations and closing mobile advertising and monetisation agreements

• Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
• Self-managed vacation (no maximum)

• Leading the product roadmap for the Creative Rendering Engine, driving scalable and performant ad delivery across mobile app environments
• Owning Native and VAST format strategy, ensuring spec compliance, creative flexibility, and supply-side compatibility across mobile partners

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written — essential for daily collaboration with our international team across USA, Poland, and Ukraine

• Design, build, evolve and drive understanding across the organization about our backend services and frameworks for our advertising ecosystem.
• Design and define APIs and developer facing tools that improve how teams across the organization ingest, process, and use data.
