Long Island Surf Park allows new & experienced surfers the ability to surf world class waves on demand. The sport of surfing directly relies on nature to provide favorable swell, wind, & weather conditions. However, the frequency of this happening, in a consistent manner, is only found in a handful of place around the world. The ability to produce perfect, custom waves at the touch of a button has been a pipe-dream in the surfing community for decades & only recently has become a reality.

With our technology surfers will be able to take hold of perfect conditions 365 days a year. We have developed a proprietary wave generation technology capable of producing up to a 7 ft barreling wave ride-able for up to 100 yards & that can be manipulated & customized within seconds! Beginner to professional level surfers will be able to trade waves during pre-booked, hour long sessions catching more wave in an hour than they would in a 3 hour ocean session.

Our business model will feature yearly memberships, providing higher wave counts, priority surf slots, & custom sessions as well as other exclusive features. Private events, competitions, lessons, & public time slots will also be available. The development will also house a 9,000 square foot, Club House, home to locker rooms, a surf shop, a surf school, & a restaurant/bar.

Our goal is to provide a 5 star surf resort style experience each and every time our customers walk through the doors.

Our ability to scale will be greatly impacted by our proprietary wave generation technology. Our surf parks only require 4 acres of land and produce bigger, longer, and better waves than parks 2 & 3 times the size. This will allow for lower startup cost & break-even points while providing the highest quality surfing waves in the industry. We envision the Long Island Surf Park as the first of many around the United States & possibly the world.
