Logomix Inc. is a synthetic biology cell therapy company developing human cells with unprecedented precision and higher-order genetic complexity. With our Geno-Writing™ platform, Logomix can introduce Mb-scale genetic alterations into human cells.

Our technology avoids the use of viral delivery and transposon or random integration while being capable of specifically targeting mono- or bi-allelic target loci. Applicable to virtually any genetic sequences and diverse recipient cell types, Geno-Writing™ is highly efficient and exquisitely precise.

Leveraging this platform, Logomix has developed a universal iPS cell line (UDC2.0) with ~1Mb deletion of all of 6 HLA class I and 11 HLA class II gene loci. UDC2.0 is also engineered with proprietary donor cassettes to which any gene sequences of ~20kB can be efficiently inserted and expressed. Logomix offers human cell engineering collaborations and partnerships to develop and/or optimize cell therapy modalities.
