Localbase helps businesses leverage the social web to generate local leads. Our Social Rewards app enlists friends by rewarding referrals with gift cards. Our Lead Groups app enlists fellow businesses into the referral network. We will also syndicate lead opportunities to/from 3rd party pay-per-lead ad networks.

Before Localbase, I founded Litmus Media and ValidClick, which were both acquired by Inuvo for $13 million in 2006.
