You do not need a degree for many of our internships, but you do need a reasonable understanding of the skills outlined. Our culture here is to be nontraditional. Our interviews are not the "behavioral" type - we hate those kinds of interviews. We will treat you more like a colleague than an employee. Although these positions are not paid positions, they could become paid positions later on.
