10 years ago my co-founder Adam Roach and I successfully built then exited Canada’s first advertising agency exclusively using independent talent. Working with this group, we recognized that freelancing can be rewarding, but it can also suck, and there are real challenges impacting their livelihood. Adam and I share deep understanding of this market, passion for change, and have the drive to make great things happen. With a proven track record and having grown our former business 1300% over 8 years to be listed as Canada's 54th fastest growing company, we're ready to do this again. We've been here before, we're comfortable with introducing a new way to work, and above all, our member's success, is our success.
