The Sr. BA will guide junior analysts, influence solution design, and ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through implementation and operations.
Lead complex requirements elicitation across multiple CMS stakeholders and business units
Architect and lead the delivery of end-to-end data solutions across cloud-native environments (primarily AWS and Databricks), including ingestion, processing, storage, access, and governance.
Define and maintain scalable architecture patterns and reference implementations for common data workflows and platform integrations.
