Support production testing of battery packs, subassemblies, and electronic components, including end-of-line (EOL), functional, safety, and performance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve test failures, equipment issues, and process-related testing concerns.
Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, PFMEAs and train the production team in best practices and quality inspection techniques.
