Jobs at Listium

We're an early stage startup based in Melbourne, Australia. We have a product that is in the market and has some traction, however we are pivoting into being primarily focused on publishing of user generated content. See listium.com. We are currently (early 2022) hiring at least two senior members as we start to build out the team. We know hiring it tough right now, and we will offer competitive salaries and very generous equity packages to attract outstanding people. We have a preference for Australian-based team members, however we are set up for remote work and even people based in our home town of Melbourne will do the majority of their work from home. As we will be almost 100% remote we will not be wasting money on things like an expensive office fitout. Instead, we will focus on making the work fun and challenging, ensuring people are always learning, making sure everyone enjoys working together, and providing plenty of flexibility around work hours including a nine-day fortnight for no reduction in salary. We are an early stage startup, and the first few team members will be acting almost as cofounders. That means this will not be a great place to work if you love being a very small part of a large team. For those who like being involved in all parts of the business, who want to own a share of the company they are helping build, and who want work to mean more than just a salary, this could be a great opportunity.
