What the Role Looks Like Position: Outside Sales Account Executive Structure: 100% Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: Uncapped Commission-Only (Targeting $60,000 – $120,000+ first-year earning potential based on performance, with high-ticket service suites yielding generous payouts per deal). What You’ll Sell: Enterprise-grade custom web design & development, premium digital marketing, cinematic film/video production, and commercial drone services. ? The Ideal Candidate We aren’t looking for aggressive, transactional telemarketers. Because we are a faith-first, Christian-owned company, we look for relationship-driven "hunters" who treat sales as a form of service.
