Light Line Medical careers

This is a visible light platform for all catheters. We have 2 major components: a disposable fiber optic that will emit light intraluminally and extraluminally; and a reusable light generator/power source to which the fiber will be attached. The visible light will protect and disinfect the catheters thereby eliminating catheter associated infections. Our first products will be the Light Line Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter™, followed by the Light Line Foley Catheter™ and then our technology in Endotracheal Tubes and Vascular Catheters. Note we are using our technology in off the shelf catheters – we are not manufacturing catheters. It is safe, effective, and chemical free. Because we are using light and not a drug there is no antibiotic resistance issue. Further, visible light is safe, unlike UV light which is harmful, mutates DNA and degrades catheter materials.
