In low-resource environments, it is quite common for ambulances to lack trained, qualified EMTs (paramedics), resulting in thousands of preventable deaths per year (especially due to pregnancy complications or severe heart attacks).

LifesavHERs are female paramedics (trauma nurses, midwives) who are agile, equipped with tablets and and digital diagnostic instruments (e-stethoscope, e-opthalmoscope, etc.) and who perform life-saving, Point-of-Care (POC) interventions, guided and instructed by remotely located Emergency Room Physicians using HD video-consultation.

An incoming '911' like call activates an 'Uber-like' mobile app that matches unmet need for emergency care to the nearest underutilized capacity (i.e. the nearest available paramedic who can escort patients in an 'ambulette' while performing a life-saving intervention en route to an ER.
