Lead development, enhancement, and sustainment of software supporting advanced applications of Kymeta antenna systems
Design and implement new antenna control capabilities supporting applications beyond traditional SATCOM, including tracking, sensing, radar, regulatory/compliance, and other mission-specific functions
Serve as technical lead and primary systems engineering focal point for advanced applications programs involving RF sensing, radar, and satellite-enabled sensing solutions
Translate customer mission requirements, operational concepts, and use cases into system architectures, requirements, performance budgets, and engineering execution plans
Lead technical oversight for high-risk and niche suppliers, conducting deep process and capability assessments to identify systemic risks, resolve complex performance issues through root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
Lead strategic supplier development programs for critical and strategic suppliers.
