• Five or more years of relevant experience in business development or sales of B2B software, data, or research subscriptions serving institutional investors, asset managers, and asset owners; or in sales, marketing, or investor relations at an asset management firm, where fundraising and capital-raising experience translates naturally to engaging RoundTables subscribers.

A demonstrated record of sourcing, advancing, and closing complex, consultative deals, with the adaptability to engage higher-volume subscription prospects with the same effectiveness.
Credibility with a sophisticated audience, including genuine fluency in asset management, institutional investing, and the broader financial services landscape.
A self-directed, entrepreneurial operating style, with the discipline and sense of ownership to produce measurable pipeline and revenue early in the engagement.
Comfort traveling to and presenting at industry conferences, alongside the CEO and other senior members of the team, and proficiency with CRM systems and modern AI tools applied to prospecting and outreach.

• Work with the platform as it exists today and make it clearer, more consistent, and easier to use.
• Develop a deep understanding of the RoundTables user journey including, where useful, research with clients and end users, and apply it to refine the platform’s most important experiences, such as the dashboards and workflows used by survey hosts, survey takers, and administrators, the survey-taking experience, the manager impact report, and contact-list management.
