There are more food pantries in the US than there are McDonald’s, yet the majority of our neighbors facing food insecurity don’t access these crucial resources. Lemontree connects hungry families to free food in their backyard through a tech-enabled food helpline and an online directory. In just three years, we’ve connected more than 100,000 families to free food and we’re not slowing down.
