Legit Saathi Private Limited is a fintech platform built to formalize informal lending in India. Across rural and semi urban regions millions of lenders and borrowers still rely on verbal loans based on trust without any legal documentation. This lack of formal agreements often leads to disputes defaults financial loss and stress for both parties.

Legit Saathi addresses this problem by enabling legally valid digital loan agreements that are simple affordable and accessible. Our platform allows lenders borrowers NGOs and SHGs to create court admissible agreements using Aadhaar OTP based eSign along with digital receipts repayment records and basic tracking. The entire process is designed to work without lawyers complex paperwork or high costs making it suitable for Bharat scale adoption.

We operate on a B2B2C and P2P model by partnering with NGOs SHGs and local institutions that already have deep trust within communities. These partners help onboard users while we provide the legal and technology layer. Individuals can also use the platform directly on a pay per agreement basis. In addition to agreements we plan to offer legal add on services such as notices settlements and verified lending history with user consent.

Legit Saathi is focused on financial inclusion and trust infrastructure rather than pure lending. We do not lend money ourselves. Instead we enable safer lending by bringing documentation clarity and enforceability to existing informal credit flows.

The company is founded by a team with strong experience in sales operations and grassroots market execution. Having worked closely with MSMEs traders and local businesses the founders witnessed first hand the risks of undocumented lending which inspired the creation of Legit Saathi.
