Legacy careers

I am a licensed psychologist trained to help people manage and heal from the difficult experiences life offers. I work with a growth and change mindset, believing that everyone has unique characteristics they need be the person, parent, leader, friend, partner they want to be.

Common choices my clients focus on include major life upsets, personal history, challenging relationships, recovering from mistakes and failures.

Who fills my schedule? Adults 18+, men and women. Most of my clients function well in life, but are burdened with the heaviness of anxiety and depression, perfectionism, impatience and lack of contentment.

More often than not, they have done all they can to "self improve" and still find themselves suffering. While they might recommend it to a friend, most are hesitant to start therapy because it feels like a failure of some sort. However, they usually end up finding themselves in a place of encouragement, laughter, support, ideas, and potential.
