The founders have significantly de-risked this investment with execution in Oregon. Left Coast’s investors are stakeholders in a ground floor opportunity that has significant regulatory and market advantage. Left Coast is positioned for a many-multiples return for these same investors. Recent exits and financing events that support this expectation are in the range of $1b - $1.5b for comparable fintech startups. The company successfully raised $1m in our seed round in 2019. Left Coast is now seeking $1.5m in a series A to increase our Oregon market share and expand into California.
