We operate with a flat hierarchy, where ownership, speed, and impact speak louder than labels. This role is backend-heavy, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos and loves building fast. Our stack includes Python (FastAPI, Django), distributed systems, queues (Google Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ), Celery, Temporal, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, and Sentry. We're especially excited about engineers with a strong interest or hands-on experience in AI or data science — whether it’s a side project, LLM experiment, or a scrappy data pipeline you built for fun.
